Pulses have gained popularity with South Australian growers in recent years. As well as being profitable in their own right, they make an excellent break crop for cereals, retaining some moisture in the soil and increasing soil nitrogen.
The SA Drought Hub, along with the South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI) and the South Australian Grain Industry Trust (SAGIT) are presenting a workshop pulses and pulse management in the low rainfall zone.
Engage with industry experts on 26 March 2024 at this free in-person event at Cambrai Sportsground.
Each presentation includes an audience Q&A session.
The workshop and lunch are free, but registrations are essential.
