Reporting and Guidelines
SA Drought Hub reporting templates
Project Reporting Requirements
Partner organisations delivering SA Drought Hub-funded projects are required to complete six-monthly progress reports, as well as a final reporting package at project completion.
The final reporting package consists of three reports: a progress report, a financial/in-kind report, and either a technical report OR impact report, depending on the project type.
Progress report (6-monthly requirement):
Final report (end of project requirement):
- SA Drought Hub – Progress Report Template
- SA Drought Hub – Financial and In-Kind Report Template
- SA Drought Hub – Technical Report Template OR SA Drought Hub – Impact Report Template
Please note: You are only required to submit ONE report type – either a Technical Report (for technical projects involving trials, demonstrations or research activities) or an Impact Report (for non-technical, capacity-building, extension or engagement-based projects). The required report type will be specified in your contract and confirmed in the final reporting reminder email sent by the Hub MEL Officer approximately 4-6 weeks prior to the reporting due date.
Sponsorship Reporting Requirements
Partner organisations delivering SA Drought Hub-funded sponsorships are required to complete a sponsorship report at completion of the sponsored activity.
In-Kind Reporting Requirements
Further information
If you have any questions regarding these project reporting templates, the monitoring data being sought, or the monitoring and evaluation framework more broadly, please contact the SA Drought Hub MEL Program Lead or the Knowledge Broker.
The information being collected is consistent across each of the eight Drought Hubs nationally and will allow collation of national-level data to inform the outcomes and ongoing delivery of Future Drought Fund programs. This information will also be used at local and state scales to inform and guide the ongoing co-design and delivery of SA Drought Hub projects and programs, and other Future Drought Fund initiatives being delivered in South Australia.
SA Drought Hub branding, attribution and approvals guidelines
Communication materials produced as part of SA Drought Hub projects need to adhere to brand guidelines that ensure correct logos and acknowledgements are used, social media posts are tagged correctly, and organisational or Commonwealth approvals are obtained when required. Hub approval is required before pulishing any such materials. The Hub has published guidelines to help Partners ensure that their Hub-related materials meet branding and approvals requirements.
